Sun/Lightning Polychrome Zuni Water Jar

Large Zuni Water jar made with native clay and hand coiled with traditional clay, has capped spirals that emerges from the 3 main body parts with the sun/lightning and daggers. This water jar is divided into six main parts. the hematite paint is the brown color, yellow ochre is the reddish color and the kaolin slip is the white burnished background. Signed Paloma 7/2020 Zuni, NM on bottom; Dimensions: 9.50"(h) x 11.50"(w)
